Multi-step configurable MFA methods
An MFA flow is a named, ordered list of steps, each holding the factors that may satisfy it. The user proves one factor per step and the tunnel is established only after the last step succeeds. Flows exist independently of locations, so one flow can be reused across locations and a location can have several flows assigned.
FIDO2 hardware key as an MFA factor
Register a security key as a passkey in your profile, add the FIDO2 Security Key factor to an MFA flow, assign that flow to a location and connect with the latest Desktop Client. Phishing-resistant hardware factors are supported on the desktop client only.
Bulk actions in the Firewall module
Select multiple entries in the Firewall table views and act on them at once - rules, destinations and aliases can now be managed in bulk instead of one at a time.
DNS handling for multiple locations connected at once
Connecting to several locations simultaneously no longer breaks name resolution. Each location's own resolvers and domains are applied side by side, so queries reach the right resolver for the right domain.
Completely redesigned Mobile Client
The Mobile Client has been redesigned to match the rest of the refreshed Defguard family. Try it by joining our beta channels or by installing the packages from the mobile client release assets.
